Win786 Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Win786 ("we", "us", "the platform") regarding your use of the Win786 website and all services available through it — including sports betting, casino games, bingo, fish games, promotions and all related features.

Win786 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for adult players in Pakistan. All services are provided for entertainment purposes only. By accessing or using any part of Win786, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy.

These Terms are written in English for Pakistani players (en-PK). If there is ever a conflict between translated or summarised versions of these Terms and this document, the English version takes precedence.

02 Account Registration

To access betting, casino games, bingo, fish games or any other paid features on Win786, you must first create a player account by completing the registration process at /register.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Win786.
• You must be a real individual — corporate or automated account registrations are not permitted.
• You may only hold one active account at any time. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
• Win786 may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide these may result in your account being restricted until verification is completed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. Win786 will never ask for your full password via any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately. Win786 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

03 Deposits & Payments

Win786 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in PKR:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed in real time
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed in real time
• Raast — instant interbank transfer
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank deposit, processing times may vary
• Debit / Credit Cards — where supported by your card issuer
• Mobile Wallets — other supported digital wallets as listed at time of deposit

All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Win786 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a source that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder, the funds will be held pending verification and may be returned.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. Win786 does not charge deposit fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your bank or wallet provider for their applicable rates.

04 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be completed before the associated funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless your account has been verified and an alternative method has been confirmed with support.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal, or before large withdrawals, to protect your account and comply with anti-fraud procedures.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Win786 aims to process approved withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa as quickly as possible. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on processing times.

Win786 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, multiple-account activity or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, Win786 will inform the player and may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Win786 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL special promotions, cricket betting promotions and other time-limited offers. Each bonus comes with its own set of terms, including a wagering requirement, expiry period and eligible games or markets. These are displayed on the Promotions page and at the point of opt-in.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit amount, as stated in the individual promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while certain table games may contribute less. The contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise.
• Win786 reserves the right to cancel a bonus at any time if abuse is suspected, including but not limited to placing low-risk bets solely to clear wagering requirements.
• Bonuses obtained by exploiting errors or technical faults will be voided.

06 Sports Betting Rules

Win786's sportsbook covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — as well as football, esports and other sporting events. All bets placed on Win786 are subject to the following general rules.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in.
• Win786 reserves the right to limit bet amounts on any market or for any account, at its discretion.
• If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to Win786's specific rules for that sport, which are available in the betting section.
• In-play bets are placed at the live odds shown at the moment of confirmation. Delays in connectivity are the player's responsibility — Win786 cannot be held liable for market movements caused by your connection issues.
• Obvious errors in odds — including clearly mispriced markets — will be voided. Win786 will notify affected players and return their stake.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance within the timeframe stated in the settlement rules for that sport.

07 Casino & Game Rules

Win786's game library includes slots, live casino, bingo rooms and fish arcade games. All games operate on certified software with independently verified return-to-player (RTP) rates. Results in all non-live games are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) and cannot be influenced by the player or by Win786.

Live casino games are streamed in real time and subject to the rules of the specific game being played, as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical interruption during a live game, Win786 will attempt to resolve the round using recorded data. If resolution is not possible, stakes are returned to the player.

Bingo rooms operate on a shared-draw model — multiple players participate in the same draw simultaneously. Fish games operate on a credit-based arcade model. Rules specific to each game type are available within the respective game section.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you
• Systematic bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or placing offsetting bets across accounts to eliminate risk while meeting wagering requirements
• Using software tools, bots, scripts or automated systems to place bets or interact with games
• Colluding with other players in poker or any multi-player format
• Exploiting software bugs or errors rather than reporting them to support
• Any activity that could constitute money laundering or fraud
• Accessing Win786 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited

09 Privacy & Data

Win786 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on Win786, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Win786 does not sell your personal information to third parties. Data is used for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, identity verification and communication related to your account and promotions you have opted into.

10 Responsible Gaming

Win786 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all players. Online gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a way to generate income, and never something that causes financial or personal harm.

• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction is in effect
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (dormancy rules apply as stated in your account settings)

Players may also choose to close their own accounts at any time by contacting Win786 support. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure, after deducting any outstanding bonus requirements, will be returned via your registered payment method.

12 Limitation of Liability

Win786 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance will be communicated where possible, but Win786 cannot guarantee advance notice in all circumstances.

Win786's total liability to any player in any calendar month shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the same month, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Win786 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings or opportunities arising from platform downtime
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials
• Any third-party payment provider delays or failures
• Decisions made based on incorrect odds published due to a technical error (such bets will be voided)

13 Changes to These Terms

Win786 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of Win786 after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
